 Shipping Within the United Kingdom

• Cost: £3.95
• Delivery Time: 7-14 working days
• Carrier: Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD
• Tracking: Details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

International delivery will be introduced in the future — please follow our Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Delivery Issues / Address Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Aquila Gravitas is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Missed delivery attempts
• Carrier delays outside our control

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

3. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve quickly
